Civil War Workshop
A self directed workshop to explore the many personalities of the Civil War. The works shop will begin May 18, 2012 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. May 19, 2012 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Participants must be willing to write dialog based on historical facts. Once we establish what each participant will contribute then other meetings times will be published. All
participants will be required to present their works in an original Civil War production. The date and time for this production will be announced as the “works” are completed.
Mary Ann Trimble will be the director of this workshop and will be working with the workshop individuals to present the production.
Please note all individuals will do the research and provide the dialog that will be used in the production. STAAR Theater will be the final approval of all works that will be presented.
Music, poetry, art work, will also be considered as part of the production. All are welcome but young students will need an adult in attendance at the workshop sessions.
